Refund, Return and Claim Policy
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. If a shipment gets lost or damaged, then we will refund you as soon as you send the below information by email for a claim. Claims must be made within 3 days of the date of order. When you contact us, please make sure that you have the following information:
- the order number.
- the shipment tracking number (or the barcode)
- the registered email address
- the registered postcode of the delivery address
- the details of the claim, such as whether an item was lost or damaged.
- photos if the shipment is damaged
